Let me share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. I purchased my first pair of Versace glasses from this company, sent in my prescription for “Readers” with UV protection, but what I received was someone else’s thick, thick glass prescription – completely wrong. It took over 3 months to even get these incorrect glasses. I tried contacting them four times through their virtual attendant, was told I’d receive a return label, but it never came. I couldn't even reach a live person to discuss this mess. This company is a fraud, a complete scam, and now I’m left with useless glasses and have to pay another company to fix their $181 mistake. I felt compelled to leave this review and try one last time to engage with customer service to hopefully resolve this.
Customer: I am absolutely furious. I ordered prescription readers with UV protection, and after waiting over three months, I received a completely wrong, thick prescription that isn't even mine! CS Rep: I am truly sorry to hear about this frustrating experience, Audrey. Receiving the wrong prescription after such a long wait is unacceptable. I see you've tried contacting us multiple times. Customer: Yes, four times! I was promised a return label twice, but it never arrived, and I couldn't reach anyone. I just want the glasses I paid for, or my money back, not this scam. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. Let me immediately issue a pre-paid return label to your email address right now. Once we receive the incorrect glasses, we can either process a full refund or expedite a new order with your correct prescription. Which would you prefer? Customer: I want a refund at this point. I've lost all trust.
