I had to email them back and explain that it was supposed to be for $35. Then I get this snarky email back “The refund amount was calculated per the requested coupon.\nHaving said that, as a gesture of goodwill, we have processed a refund for the requested additional amount of $12”. So then I check my account and the $12 is now pending and the $22 is gone, like it just disappeared. This has been so crazy! If they would have just canceled like I asked to do the first time I called, none of this would have happened. I have probably spent way too much effort for $35. Y’all need to get it together!"
